We query each name server individually to check delegation, NS consistency, SOA, MX, SPF, DMARC, DKIM, CAA and DNSSEC — and show what to do about every issue.
The domain's registration at the parent servers (e.g. .com, .de), whether all name servers work and answer authoritatively, NS and SOA consistency, open recursive DNS, the MX servers (reverse DNS, blacklists, port 25), SPF/DMARC/DKIM/MTA-STS records, www, CAA and DNSSEC.
It means a server listed as a name server for your domain does not give authoritative answers for it. It usually happens when an old name server stays on the list after a hosting change, and it causes your domain to fail to resolve from time to time.
Each item shows a suggested fix. Most fixes are made in your registrar's panel or at your DNS provider. For support, contact Tekur.
