About the deliverability test

How is it different from the header analyzer?

The header analyzer reads the results written by the recipient's server. In the deliverability test we receive your email directly: we verify SPF and the DKIM signature ourselves, look up the sending IP in blacklists and check reverse DNS and content.

Why is my score low?

Each item shows how many points were deducted and how to fix it. The biggest deductions usually come from a missing DKIM signature, no DMARC record and the sending IP being on a blacklist.

I use Microsoft 365 / Gmail. What should I do?

In Microsoft 365, enable DKIM for your domain in the Defender portal; in Google Workspace, generate a DKIM key under Admin console → Gmail → Authenticate email. Then add a DMARC record and repeat the test.

Can I get support?

Of course. For SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, blacklist removal and mail server configuration, contact Tekur.
